LETTER FROM CEO
Dear Friends and Supporters,
This past year has been a remarkable one, as we proudly celebrated our 30th anniversary milestone of serving
families and individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. For three decades, Chapman Partnership
has remained steadfast in its mission to create pathways from homelessness to stability, and this year offered a
powerful moment to reflect on how far we have come and where we are headed. Alongside our dedicated staff,
board, partners, and supporters, we honored the resilience of the people we serve and recommitted ourselves to
the belief that homelessness can be solved through compassion and collaboration.
Our 30th anniversary year also marked a season of meaningful recognition from our community. With deep
gratitude, we were honored to receive the Alvah H. Chapman Award as Organization of the Year from the Greater
Miami Chamber of Commerce. This acknowledgment reflects not only our impact, but the collective effort of so
many who stand with us. In addition, Chapman Partnership was proud to receive the NOVO Award for Innovation
for the launch of CP Works, our bridge employment program designed to create access to quality jobs and longterm economic stability. These honors affirm that bold ideas, grounded in dignity and opportunity, can transform
lives.
At the heart of our work is the understanding that homelessness is complex, but solvable when we address both
immediate needs and long-term solutions. This year, we continued to provide safe shelter, supportive services,
and housing pathways while expanding programs that focus on workforce development, family stability, and
holistic care. None of this progress would be possible without the unwavering support of our partners, donors,
volunteers, and public stakeholders. Your investment fuels innovation, strengthens our programs, and allows us to
respond to the evolving needs of our community. Whether you have been with us since the beginning or joined
us along the way, your commitment has played a critical role in shaping Chapman Partnership into a nationally
recognized model for addressing homelessness.
As we look ahead, we do so with optimism, purpose, and a renewed sense of responsibility. The challenges
remain significant, but so does our resolve. Together, we will continue to build pathways to stability, create
opportunities for self-sufficiency, and ensure that every individual and family we serve has the chance to thrive.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping us write the next chapter of impact at Chapman
Partnership.
In gratitude,
SCOTT HANSEL
