NEXTGEN
nextgen is more than a networking group—it is a community of mission-driven young leaders committed to
creating meaningful impact. With more than 70 engaged members between the ages of 21 and 45, nextgen
members are passionate about ending homelessness, actively supporting the mission of Chapman Partnership
through advocacy, fundraising, and hands-on service.
Throughout the year, nextgen members collaborate with community and business leaders, expanding their
professional networks while driving real change. In 2025 nextgen raised over $40,000 to support youthfocused programs, reinforcing our commitment to empowering the individuals and families we serve.
