At Chapman Partnership, our impact begins with our people. Every day, our team
brings compassion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to advancing our
mission supporting individuals and families on their path to stability and selfsufficiency. Their dedication is the foundation of everything we achieve.
This year, we took an important step to celebrate and strengthen our workplace
culture by participating in the Best Nonprofit Workplaces program through Best
Companies Group. This national recognition highlights organizations committed
to fostering exceptional employee engagement and a positive work environment.
We are proud to have earned this prestigious honor and wear this badge of
recognition with pride.
We also invested in the growth of our leadership through the launch of a sixmonth manager training program, establishing a shared leadership language
and strengthening consistency across our teams. From Leadership Service Days
at our centers to representing Chapman at signature events throughout the
community, our team continues to lead with purpose bringing our mission to life
in meaningful and impactful ways.
