POINTS OF PRIDE
In partnership with the Books & Books Literary Foundation,
Chapman Partnership hosted its first-ever Big Book Fair at the
North Center—an inspiring initiative designed to promote literacy,
learning, and enrichment for individuals and families on their path
to stability. The event brought the joy of reading directly to our
community, with more than $10,000 worth of books distributed to
residents. Attendees also experienced a special presentation and
book signing by Zoo Miami Communications Director Ron Magill,
co-author of The Pride of a Lion. Founded by Mitchell Kaplan, the
Books & Books Literary Foundation is dedicated to cultivating a
love of reading and fostering a vibrant culture of free expression
across Miami.
