Chapman Partnership was honored to receive the 2025 Outstanding Organization Award at the Greater Miami Chamber of
Commerce’s 12th Annual Alvah H. Chapman Jr. Award of Excellence. This distinguished recognition reflects our unwavering
commitment to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community. We are proud to stand
alongside other leaders who are driving meaningful change across Miami-Dade. This award is a testament to the dedication
of our staff, partners, and supporters who make our mission possible every day.
Chapman Partnership was honored at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Nonprofit NOVO Awards with the
Innovative Excellence Award for its CP Works program. This initiative, created in partnership with The Underline, a 10-mile
linear park and urban trail, and the Lennar Foundation, the charitable arm of one of the nation’s leading homebuilders,
provides employment opportunities and pathways to independence for individuals who have experienced homelessness.
