NEXTGEN
nextgen is more than just a networking group—it’s a community of mission-driven young leaders dedicated
to making a tangible impact. With 70 dedicated individuals, aged 21 to 45, nextgen members are passionate
about ending homelessness, actively supporting the mission of Chapman Partnership through advocacy,
fundraising, and hands-on service.
nextgen members engage year-round, collaborating with community and business leaders to expand their
professional networks while driving meaningful change. In 2024, nextgen raised almost $40,000 to support
youth-focused initiatives, furthering our commitment to empowering those in need.
