BAM X D.WADE COURT RENOVATION
Dwyane Wade, Bam Adebayo, and longtime Board member Nancy Hector joined forces to remodel the basketball court
at Chapman Partnership’s Downtown Miami Center, originally gifted by Wade’s World Foundation two decades ago. The
unveiling event featured a community resource fair with a petting zoo by the Brady Hunter Foundation, a diaper giveaway
from Miami Diaper Bank, Colgate’s pediatric dental unit, and more. The court’s new design was selected through the “In
Your Court” contest and symbolizes the passing of the torch between two Miami Heat legends. Contest winner Ephraim
James described the experience as surreal, noting that his design honors the legacy of both athletes and the generational
impact they inspire.
